Stunning views and cozy comfort
Our stay was a soothing end to the Camino, especially with a room boasting a breathtaking view of the cathedral. The staff's warmth made every moment special.
The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, and while the public parking was close, I wished for hotel-managed parking options to simplify our arrival.

absolutely not impressed with the Pombal Rooms! my room was right by reception, so I got to enjoy every mundane staff chat. Plus, the air conditioning was a joke, just made the room feel like a desert. I expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but apparently that’s too much to ask. I just couldn’t recommend this place!

missingWrote a review on Oct 01poor breakfast
The breakfast options felt minimal with dry pastries and no choice of fruit, and the absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. The bathroom had a lingering chemical smell that made it difficult to stay in, and the room's location left much to be desired, especially when misrepresented online.

The location was fantastic, only a five-minute walk from the main attractions, allowing easy access to explore the area. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. However, the breakfast options were limited, feeling somewhat basic with few offerings. Additionally, the absence of in-room coffee facilities was disappointing, adding to the feeling of inconvenience during the stay. Lastly, while the staff were friendly, their attentiveness could be improved as the check-in process felt slightly rushed.

Convenient Stay with Helpful Staff
Had a pleasant night, enjoying the clean and comfortable room. The reception staff went above and beyond, recommending nearby restaurants for evening meals. Aim for a room at the back for a beautiful cathedral view. Remember, breakfast isn't included, so plan ahead!

Just a prime choice for a two-day stay in Santiago de Compostela with all in all brilliant value for money. The hotel was spotless, and the room had a lovely view of the cathedral. Check out the welcoming bar a few steps down the street for a friendly vibe and good drinks.
